- Honestly assess your life state in all its segments. Don't ignore problem areas.
If you have serioushealth problems, don't give this segment a high score. The same goes for the family segment. If you feel like there are some issues, don't hide them. You give this evaluation for yourself.
- Add key tasks to lacking segments.
- Start working on those key tasks. And don't forget about your more successful segments. You don't want to improve one segment at the expense of the other.
- Once in three to four months re-evaluate your life.
What once seemed unreachable to you will soon be just a starting point for future milestones.
