Four Simple Steps to Happiness

  1. Honestly assess your life state in all its segments. Don't ignore problem areas.
    If you have serioushealth problems, don't give this segment a high score. The same goes for the family segment. If you feel like there are some issues, don't hide them. You give this evaluation for yourself.
  2. Add key tasks to lacking segments.
  3. Start working on those key tasks. And don't forget about your more successful segments. You don't want to improve one segment at the expense of the other.
  4. Once in three to four months re-evaluate your life.

What once seemed unreachable to you will soon be just a starting point for future milestones.
